Hi,

I’m Sabrina Rogers.

LMHC | Founder of Health Hope Harmony

Eating Disorder Coalition of Iowa Outreach Coordinator

I spent years agonizing over my body—hiding pizza boxes in the garbage, tracking every bite like I was preparing for a nutrition exam, and wondering if I’d ever feel truly free. When I finally stepped off the diet roller coaster and began healing my relationship with food, everything changed. That transformation lit a fire in me: I knew I had to help others find the same peace.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people as they’ve faced eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Together, we’ve done the deep, brave work of putting themselves first and building lives they’re proud of. Therapy with me is honest, empowering, and rooted in the belief that you are worthy of care—exactly as you are (no “earning it” required).

These days, my work focuses mostly on teaching and supervising the talented therapists and interns at Health Hope Harmony. I occasionally meet with clients through co-therapy sessions alongside our interns, which I love because it allows me to both support clients and guide future therapists.

Note: I’m also licensed to practice in Virginia.

About Me

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me with my nose (or ears) in a book (thrillers, fantasy, and development are my “not so guilty” pleasures), at Jazzercise getting my sweat on, or camping under the stars with my family. I also love baking and decorating cakes—especially the kind that look almost too pretty to eat (but we do anyway).. And yes, I will absolutely talk about dessert in session if you bring it up. My favorite place to be is anywhere near water—whether it’s a lake, a river, or just a glass of water within reach. I believe laughter belongs in the healing process, and I never underestimate the power of a perfectly timed dad joke.
