  • Yes! If you have a phone or computer with video and audio, you can switch to a telehealth appointment at any time.

    Contact your therapist or our practice manager at (319) 242-6123 or info@healthhopeharmony.com to make the switch!

  • Unlike switching to telehealth, many of our providers have telehealth-only days and are unavailable for in-person sessions.

    If you are wanting to change your sessions from telehealth to in-person, it’s best to talk to your provider directly about making this switch.

  • Client agreements are signed and saved in your Simple Practice profile.

  • Late cancellations are anything cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time.

    We understand life happens, so your first cancellation will not count against you; however, you may incur a $20 late cancellation fee for more than 2 late cancellations within an hour of your appointment time.

  • Our practice manager runs through billing every day. She will reach out to you through email and/or text about any missed copays or fees.
