Specialties & Clinical Interests
—a trauma-informed therapist committed to helping adults and couples move past the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that keep them stuck. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, or relationship challenges, I offer a safe, affirming space to explore healing and growth.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation that matters—not a test you have to pass. My style is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, blending compassion with honest feedback. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of the life you want, and work on practical, meaningful steps toward change. You can expect a space where you’re supported, respected, and maybe even able to laugh a little along the way.

About Me
I’m a big fan of chocolate anything, Dots pretzels, and peanut butter cracker snacks—especially paired with sparkling water (berry or lime!) or iced coffee. My office is filled with stacks of books, and I love fiction that makes me reflect on deeper themes. Recent favorites include Remarkably Bright Creatures, Firefly Lane, Lessons in Chemistry, The Women, and the ACOTAR series. When I’m not reading, you’ll find me crocheting, sewing, or rewatching comfort shows like New Girl, Grey’s Anatomy, One Tree Hill, and Friends. My favorite color is blue, and I adore dogs and sloths. I’d be honored to help you create the life and relationships you’ve been hoping for.
