Who and what we’re committed to

It is our mission that, for the whole of Iowa, we set the standard and raise the bar for outpatient counseling support to individuals (and the people who support them) who are living with food and body issues.

We want to be the facility that other clinics look to as a model for the standard of care of all clients, regardless of where they’re coming from or desire to go.

We believe that, so long as someone is mentally capable of making choices for themselves, all people have the right to care in an environment that fully supports their personal journey.

We believe that the pace of healing should never be rushed and that an experienced practitioner can make all the difference when it comes to assisting someone on their journey to health and harmony.

We believe that, in an outpatient setting, everyone should be given the choice of in-person or virtual care when they seek out support for mental health services.

We exist to offer healing, hope, and harmony to people who are struggling with an eating disorder, suffering from poor body image, or who are experiencing mood, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders.

Health Hope Harmony envisions a world where all people have peaceful relationships with food and their bodies.

Our vision is that all people, regardless of income, are able to access a level of support that provides them with hope and healing, both now and in their future. We see an Iowa where people make the journey to us, virtually or in-person, to get their mental health needs met. They choose to have us walk beside them on their journey to mental wellness.
